de⋅ci⋅pha [di-sahy-fu] Decipha, a vessel used By God, called to unfold and uncover what God has to say about Himself and concerning man. Bringing interpretation, meaning, and unique portrayal to unlock what has been misunderstood, mishandled, or misinterpreted by so many, for so long. Decipha stands solely on the Word of God, to bring only God the glory due Him, knowing that it is by Christ’s works that salvation is given by grace, in order to justify us by faith alone. Born in Dallas Texas, raised in Heidelberg, Germany, and Virginia, now residing in Chicago Illinois, Decipha seeks to be missional in all parts of life, not just on stage. God’s glory is the ultimate motivation and goal. Decipha has been representing the Lord through rhymes since 11 years old, after hearing rappers deliver the Gospel on the Streets of “Barry Farms” in South East D.C. It was there that Decipha heard clearly through rhyme how sinful he was, how he was born a sinner, an enemy of God, stained with iniquity, cursed from birth, and an object of wrath. Since that day, nothing has been more customary for Him than reading and studying Biblical truth, standing on Biblical truth, living in Biblical truth, loving Biblical truth, and delivering Biblical truth to the body of Christ, as well as the dying men and women of this age. For Decipha, to represent the Lord, is to find out what the Lord has to say about Himself, and about man, then and only then, can one appreciate the fact that in lieu of our crisis of being sinners, Christ died for us. Christ is the key to the cipher.
